Product details
Gas hot air stoves are mainly divided into indirect gas hot air stoves and direct gas hot air stove series.
Indirect and direct series gas hot blast stoves are special industrial furnaces that use natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas (coal to gas), or biogas as fuel, air as the heat carrier, and forced circulation through circulating fans to transfer heat energy to heating equipment.
The gas hot blast stove introduces advanced foreign technology, adopts enhanced heat transfer methods and heat-resistant steel materials, has a compact structure, small volume, and long service life. Adopting an inserted hot air circulation fan and integrating it with the gas hot air stove heat exchanger, it saves space, reduces noise, minimizes heat dissipation, and is easy to maintain.
The indirect series gas hot blast stove adopts the method of indirectly heating air, allowing flue gas and air to go their separate ways, and heating is absolutely pollution-free, meeting the needs of application fields that require cleanliness, fire prevention, and explosion prevention for hot air.
The gas hot blast stove is equipped with imported burners, with high automation, strong reliability, and precise temperature control. This furnace directly outputs high-temperature air through one heat exchange, with high thermal efficiency, which compensates for the low operating costs of steam boilers and heat transfer oil heating furnaces. Compared with electric heating drying methods, it is only one-third of the operating costs of electric heating. Therefore, the electric heating drying room system can be renovated, and the renovation cost can be recovered within six months to one year.
Due to the low thermal efficiency caused by secondary heat exchange, it saves fuel and electricity, resulting in significant economic benefits. The hot air temperature is high, and the maximum output temperature of the indirect gas hot air stove can reach 350 ℃, which is difficult for both thermal oil heating furnaces and steam boilers to achieve.
Direct gas hot blast stove has a low initial investment and can be installed or erected on the top, bottom or one side of the heating equipment without the need for an additional furnace room. With the same heating capacity, its initial investment amount is only half of that of a thermal oil furnace and a steam boiler, making it highly cost-effective and particularly suitable for small factories to equip.
